What am I booking?
A complete live dessert experience: 100 portions per station, with standard toppings, one team member and four hours of live customer service each day. You are buying portions and service, not equipment rental.
Does setup use up my service time?
No. Setup happens before the four live service hours. Cleaning and teardown happen after them, with no separate charge. Service starts only when we are ready to serve.
What is included in delivery?
Your branded foldable wooden station, equipment, ingredients, packaging and transport within the standard Dubai area are included. Other locations require a custom quotation.
How do multiple days work?
Each day includes 100 portions and one team member per station. Consecutive days at the same venue receive the displayed per-day tier rate. Coffee is per day, with a 10% multi-day discount on coffee only.
Will all unused portions be made afterwards?
Not necessarily. Preparation after live service is not guaranteed and depends on food safety and operational practicality.
Is my event confirmed immediately?
No. Availability, suitable power, access and venue conditions must be reviewed and agreed. Payment alone is not a guarantee of availability or permits.
8 days or more, different venues or non-consecutive dates? Price on request: we prepare a custom quotation, with no automatic price or deposit. The automatic daily tiers apply only to consecutive days at one venue.
